Floating in AIr

One of the best things to me about meditating is the fact that your body becomes so weightless and free. As your mind clears and thoughts dissipate, your body feels lighter and lighter. With practice, and not much of it, you can easily get the feeling of being so light that your body can float in the air. The senses around you such as the feel of the chair you are sitting on or the floor that your feet are touching just gets softer and softer until you don’t feel them anymore. Definitely a relaxing and calming sensation.
