One example is eating organic fruits and vegetables instead of traditionally grown fruits and vegetables. When you eat organic fruits and vegetables, you are eating wholesome, nutritious food grown without harmful toxins. When you wash off traditionally grown fruit and vegetables just prior to use, the toxins remain. When you wash them prior to eating, you are simply washing away dirt from the normal growing process.
